July 31, 2023 - dark ruby, drinking very nicely now with years to go, dark fruits, blackberry, currants, cedar, integrated tannins, long finish, real crowd pleaser

April 23, 2017 - Cork fell apart. My last bottle and corked what a waste.

February 13, 2016 - This was outstanding for how old it was. Black cherry and soft round tannins. Loved it.

January 29, 2016 - Same notes as I posted in 2013, except that the wine should be drunk right after opening, when it is excellent. After a couple of hours its rounded tannins fade.

November 9, 2013 - This felt incredibly young today... it actually felt younger and more complex than the '00 & '01 vintages of the same wine I drank in recent years! Outstanding nose. Very complex palate with spices, leather and a good concentration of dark fruits.
