February 2, 2017 - Casual Burg Dinner with Three Tarts and Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Purchased upon release, but I haven't tasted it since 2007. A real treat. Cross-section of apple aromas and flavors with moderate weight but very good length. Perhaps not classically "Chablis" in terms of more richness vs minerality, but a fine glass of wine.

January 19, 2017 - Oxed, worse than the Vaudesir which preceded it. Not drinkable.

January 15, 2017 - Very pale yellow, with a hint of gold. Saline, citrus and a hint of licorice and mint on the nose. Weighty texture, with citrus, white fruits and stone on the palate. I enjoyed this very much, no hint of premox.

December 31, 2016 - Light yellow, still young. Opens with a faint buttery taste followed by bitter lemon rind. Bright acids and floral, salty notes. Seems surprisingly young.

November 15, 2016 - Fantastic aged chablis. Had with a big seafood meal of oysters, albacore sashimi, scallop carpaccio, and fried fish tacos... killer!

(Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouguerots) Light yellow color; high pitched, green chile nose; medium bodied, ripe lemon, mineral palate with a strong green note, like Padron chilies, that wasn't there when I tried it earlier in the year; medium-plus finish (seems like the cursed '04, late onset Burgundy green meanies have claimed another victim)
