August 24, 2016 - Wow. Still very light colored and super young. With Fevre's bottle variation issues this is a total score. Brilliant saline lemon-infused fruit, beautiful understated aromatics, and great style and presence. Beautiful young Grand Cru chablis.

May 28, 2016 - Drank at the DeCiccos. I've had this wine before and my notes are consistent. Pale straw color. Feint nose of citrus, smelling a bit oxidized. Medium bodied, ripe fruit still here, mostly citrus. Some mineral and slate qualities, along with crisp acidity. Nice freshness and still drinking well.

May 12, 2016 - Good bottle. Drank well. Full. Round. But still Chablis character.

May 8, 2016 - Cork had a couple horizontal notches and wine had seeped about 2/3 the way up. I was worried but this was in fine shape. Still has a lot of freshness and tension. This was my last bottle.

April 22, 2016 - Pale to mid straw with green glints in the decanter. Saline, crisp and zingy. Just a hint of richness on the nose to invite one in, then a saline, mineral, slightly limey and taut slap of freshness for one's presumption. Very focused and long with plenty of complexity. So young. This is splendid, the best bottle of this yet. *****

(Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouguerots) Light yellow color; high pitched, green chile nose; medium bodied, ripe lemon, mineral palate with a strong green note, like Padron chilies, that wasn't there when I tried it earlier in the year; medium-plus finish (seems like the cursed '04, late onset Burgundy green meanies have claimed another victim)
