May 22, 2017 - in general these last six had a common theme, when they are good they over deliver it is not often enough though

May 15, 2017 - Of last 4 bottles, 2 were premixed, but 2 were very good. This is note for good ones: Medium yellow. Lots of citrus and white floral notes. Less extract than the Clos, brighter. Very good.

May 4, 2017 - It’s amusing that the first Grand Cru was lost next to a couple of Premier Crus. A good wine, but there was nothing especially memorable about it. Am I a philistine? Probably…

April 13, 2017 - Ok, now two bottles that are really over the hill. Will try some more but this is not going the right direction.

    Premox?

April 10, 2017 - Rich and riper than last bottles. Lots of honey flavors and sweetness. Ripe stone fruit, and even a tropical edge. A bit over the top for Chablis, and losing the characteristic stoniness. Still good but now time to drink up. At least based on this bottle.

(Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses) Chalky, lime essence, mineral nose; tastier now than Les Clos, with great minerality, elegant citrus; medium-plus finish
