March 17, 2021 - This bottle had heavy sediment. Flavors were more on the prune and dried fruit side of things. Well balanced, smooth, nice finish. Medium body.

January 4, 2021 - Agree with previous note. Drank pnp through an aerator, and was wonderful. Subtle fruit, well balanced, nice finish. Much prefer this to the Slide Mountain.
