December 26, 2016 - Drinking quite well. Very nice Syrah characteristics and not too heavy or ripe. Persistent, well balanced finish with sufficient acid and integrated tannins. Should hold up for many more years but no reason not to drink it now.

May 14, 2012 - Delicious, rich, full-bodied, round blackberry fruit with fresh black olive, earth, and spice flavors, excellent structure and texture, nice finish, this is classic Carlisle Syrah, absolutely great QPR
