October 30, 2021 - Served side by side with the 2001. I just did not understand these wines very well. Tart crunchy red fruit and lively acidity, but lacked characteristics that distinguished it for me.

October 30, 2021 - More similar than not to the 2001 in terms of its redcurrant and cranberry notes with a slight cola edge to it. I’m surprised not to see more complexity at age 21. Pretty and clean, but it doesn’t grab me.
