June 25, 2016 - Needed to give it one hour in the open bottle, but then; just excellent! Everything I expect in a good Chablis Premier Cru. Balance, minerals, healthy acidity, subtle green and tropical fruits. Really good now, acidity suggest it might get even better in another few years.
