July 30, 2014 - See my previous note. This is a very big zin. Old style. Yummy
October 28, 2013 - A very big Zin. More of an old style Zin. with all of the great characteristics. The wine is well intergrated and the high alcohol goes unnoticed. The fruit tastes super fresh and has a nice long finish.
March 14, 2013 - The second bottle was better than the first, much less hot after breathing an hour. Blueberry, cherry, almond, plum. Fruitful, so to speak.
December 9, 2012 - This is a 30-proof wine, so I expected some strong alcohol, but it really dominated the experience. Cherry, blueberry, ripe plum, some sandalwood in the nose.
