February 16, 2016 - Harsh on initial opening. Mellowed out on day 2 showing nice fruit and good balance.

July 10, 2015 - Drank over the course of a couple of hours, the nose has strong plum, cherry and herbs leading into a palate that is more on the dark cherry side along with raspberry and chocolate tones. Fresh acidity and soft tannins round out this excellent nebbiolo.1 person found this helpful Comment

October 22, 2014 - Medium garnet, quite dense for a Nebbiolo. Expressive nose of raspberry, leather, cigar and Christmas cake. Medium+ bodied palate with lots of fruit and well integrated tannins. This is modern in style but balanced at the same time. Really good, especially for the price.

March 23, 2014 - Plum, tar, and spice on the nose. Light weight frame is nervy, astringent, and acidic. Almost powdery, dry dark red fruits. Medium, puckering finish shows good intensity. Needs at least an hour of air to settle down.1 person found this helpful Comment

October 27, 2013 - Mixed, red fruit nose, raspberry and red cherry predominant. A rich palate with surprising depth, bright red fruits with a core of almost sweet red cherry. Very primal, but well balanced, overall a good value.
