March 25, 2017 - Lost my notes. This was very enjoyable and not a "hot" CDP. 93+ This should have a long life for a Grenache based wine. Would buy again.

January 27, 2017 - This is just starting to get good. The weight is picking up, and nose is a wonderful blend of barn and fruit.

January 6, 2017 - Super young but very balanced and bright. Wonderfully lively and fresh.

January 6, 2017 - Day 1: Slow-ox for three hours, it did not yield. Re-cork and leave in the fridge
Day 2: Slow-Ox for another 2 hours, it still did not yield.

5th bottle in the last 2 and half years. Almost identical profile. Leave it for after 2018.
