November 28, 2016 - Dégorgement 1999; this champagne started too old, but with some air the wine grew; tones of old wine, but also a lot of complexity, nutty, some caramel, after 30 minutes the backbone became more recognizable; remains only of bubbles and of course a very golden colour.

December 2, 2014 - Tasting from magnum presented at a Bollinger tasting. The preservation is amazing -- effervescence abounds and it is crisp and acidic. Beautiful golden colors. This vintage is starting to get that beautiful sherry-like austerity of quality aged Champagne. Love it

October 19, 2014 - Litt moden nesen, noe uren, men lurer litt frukt i bakgrunnen der.
Noe oksidativ i munnen, men også frukt. Stor friskhet og bra konsentrasjon.
    Lang finish.

February 22, 2014 - No formal notes taken.
Nutts and apples on the nose, with typical Pinot infused red apples and some hints of oxidation showing.
On the palate this is quite rich and long, with minerals and mainly apples showing, together with some coffee and fudge on the finish.
    Very nice, but not great.

January 15, 2014 - Disgorged September 2000. This was great. Lots of yeast, brioche, baked apple and minerals. Broad and rich with very slight oxidative notes that was all kept nicely in balance by fresh acidity. Very nice spot of maturity with developed aromatics and a palate that is still lively.
