February 23, 2024 - Pale yellow, fine bead - butterscotch, caramel, red apple, autolysis - rounded mouth feel and great length.

October 2, 2022 - Have had and really enjoyed these wines - second bottle in the last little bit and neither was happening - little remaining carbonization - no real length and muted profile - past it’s prime - drink up

May 24, 2022 - WOW...what a bowl full of exotic, tropical, fresh and crisp orchard fruits...with a HUGE burst of fresh squeeze lemon and tangerine brightness brings you to attention very fast! Then you get all these wild nuances of grilled pineapple, bread dough drizzled with evoo, yellow apple skin sours, ginger shortbread cookies...very vinous with just tiny tiny elegant bubbles that freshens...pretty white flower and orchard blossoms...pillow soft honey and almond leesy mousse that gives way to crushed rock salinity and a finish that is just starting to show some lovely aged nuances of honey and roasted nuts...Krugish if you will...yet no doubt this is still fresh and vibrant as a daisy! SO unique, so intriguing, so mesmerizing, SO damn good...I just wish I could drink more of them!

October 18, 2018 - Almost Pinot Noir texture, with superb tension and minerality. It‘s red-fruited, but citrusy at the same time, with chalky mineral notes, honey, some brioche, also some white blossoms. It‘s medium-full bodied, radiant, open and beautifully seductive, has almost the texture of a BDN but also the freshness and tension of the best BdBs. Excellent length too. Beautiful Pinot Blanc based top-notch Champagne that is peak drinking right now.

May 19, 2017 - Light straw. Quite closed at first but opened with slightly cooler temperature and time in the glass. Lovely full texture, with toasted green apple and quite ripe pear - even more vinous than the other Bouchard champagnes. Better in a couple of years? ****
