Nose: muted tar with a bit a cigarette smoke
Taste: cola, cherry, mineral
Red cherry sweetness with muted secondary flavors- almost like mixed with cola. Not sure if this will get any better. A bit over extracted for my taste

Pinot's simply can't get too much better than this. Great pairing with ham during holiday party

November 18, 2014 - Lighter more elegantly styled Oregon Pinot, with red cherry and some subtle notes of minerals and mushrooms.
June 17, 2014 - Something off with this. Flinty and acidic. Muted fruit. Opened up some, but not what I recall and reflected in my notes from previous bottles.
