    VISUEL: grenat orangé
    OLFACTIF: beau nez évolué mélange de bois et de fruit. Notes de terroir (humus)
    GUSTATIF: Évolution, tertiaire (thé/bois). Bons tanins*. C'est très bien fait et l"évolution est superbe.
    ENSEMBLE: saveurs bien intégré.

    VISUEL: Teinte évoluée, grenat et pourtour largement orangé
    OLFACTIF: notes de terre
    GUSTATIF: animal, évolué. Tanins fondus. Les notes animales persistent. Il a perdu le fruit, l,acidité, la fraîcheur. Il n'offre pas assez de plaisir pour son coût. Même carafé plus d'une heure, il reste en réserve, ne s'ouvre pas.
    ENSEMBLE: Résolument trop cher.

    En bouche, c'est bien, mais on en voudrait plus, la texture est soyeuse, on retrouve les note de moka, framboise et mine de crayon

    December 11, 2009 - 16/20 Teinte évolué notes orangées. Le nez montre aussi un caractère évolué. En bouche, l'attaque est distinguée. Suivent fruits, terre, humus et mélange de fruits exotiques. Bref la bouche est superbe pour ce 2e vin du Cos d'Estounel. Il a le potentiel pour attendre encore quelques années.
