December 16, 2023 - This really is outstanding. I don’t want to like it as much as I do. Light ruby color. The nose is 95+ - savory, spicy, exotic and complex. Mature. Medium body. Great fruit. That aged sweetness is emerging. There is still that juicy grip that makes it a perfect food companion….and craving another sip. Pretty great right now. (93)

    November 10, 2023 - 2/6, vg cork.
Plale/medium ruby/garnet core, very pale ruby rim. Quietly aromatic, purrple fruits, violets, notes of grilled meat and soil. Medium bodied, fine-boned with fine tannins, bilberry and plums, grilled meat notes again, notable, almost crisp acids, good length still quite firm finish.

April 15, 2023 - Wow. I have been lucky to drink lots of vintages of this wine. None has impressed to this level. Better than many premier and grand cru Burgundies. When it cost $60, this was quite a deal. Light ruby with all the perfect fruit purity for which this domain is famous. Earthy spice and violets add complexity and interest. A complete beginning, middle and end. Medium bodied but big impact. This is why we go crazy for wines from this region. Just great. At peak - should remain in a great place for next 5-7 years. (93)

December 30, 2022 - Light red and translucent in colour. Throwing off amazing aromatics. Red fruits. Gentle Vosne spice. So pretty and cooling on the nose.
Very refined and pure on the palate. An ethereal, elegant palate. Red fruits. Cherry. Fine spices on the finish. Fine and integrated tannins. So pretty and enjoyable.
Long on the finish. Great balance. Quintessential burgundy Pinot for me.
