June 26, 2015 - Bouchard Père et Fils Cellar Visit, Tasting and Lunch (Beaune): Two bottles were served at lunch. The first showed lots of mature black fruit, plenty of earth and very charming sweet brown spice. Beautiful mature Burgundy. It remained consistent for the 45-60 minutes in glass. The second bottle was fresher and more exciting to start but didn't remain as interesting as long.
May 27, 2015 - Served at Ch. de Beaune. Mahogany colour throughout. Mushrooms, balsamic, mocha, wood odours. Still sweet fruit on the velvety palate. This is a precious treat. Second bottle was even better, with convincing strawberry on nose and on palate.

January 6, 2014 - Beautiful wine. Colour shows the wine's age but the nose and palate are pretty fresh. Cherries, forest floor, some meat. All seamless. Silky texture. Good acidity. Fantastic.
April 30, 2009 - Light Lumber in the High Country; 4/30/2009-5/2/2009: A bit simple, didn't show nearly as well as the 78 on the same night.
August 3, 2008 - Paulee de Hersh - Round 3. (Casa Hersh): Simple, but friendly.
