November 5, 2013 - Somewhat closed. Open at least 1 hour before serving and consider decanting.
November 4, 2013 - Blind tasted. Nose of citrus, lemon zest, lime, orange peel. white flowers, almonds, butter. Palate we hovered between dry and off-dry, med-plus acid, medium alcohol. Some of us guessed Chenin, most guessed Riesling. Surprised to find it was such high quality, keep this in the cellar for now.

October 20, 2013 - Rich, ripe, full. Stone fruits. Honeyed, just a little unfocused.

September 24, 2013 - Lovely nose of flowers and honey with a dense flavour to match, complex and full bodied. Very mineral.

January 12, 2013 - David White comes to town (Domaine Wine Storage and Sun-Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: While this is tighter, there are still deep and honeyed tones of pears, apricots, white fruits, and various spice tones.
Taste: Full bodied with medium+ acidity that shows itself. While on the larger side, there are very balanced tones of honey, melons, apricots, and spice tones.
Overall: This is very young. While the acidity wasn't too strong, it was certainly there. Everything felt like it was holding back a slight bit and not yet fully ready to show itself off.
