November 23, 2022 - Just a very subtle hint of bubbles against a rich, full body of nuts and buttery apple pastry. Was a bit surprised how much presence it has after all these years

September 20, 2019 - Deep golden yellow. Modest large bubbles. Some oxidation but mainly a slightly sweet, apple pie palate. Minimal citrus to balance. Might go well with dessert but a bit simple for drinking before dinner.
