  July 2, 2007 - This bottle definitely opened up during the 2nd glass. Started flat, but developed a very silky dexture after being opened about 1/2 hour. We made lamb chops on the grill and the match was good (after the wine opened up).

  February 18, 2007 - Something was wrong with this bottle, or else our prior enjoyment of an excellent Chehalem and a very good Four Graces, dramatically ruined our impression of this one. Starts off with reasonable Cherry and light body but finished with unpleasant harsh rotten wood-like tannins. Gave it an hour or so to improve, but when it did not we had to pour it out. Too bad.
