April 14, 2018 - Chose this sparkling wine to pair with a sweet and sour shrimp stir-fry. Bright nose; steady, tiny,bubbles; almond and strawberry on the palate. This Cava continues to drink well and it complemented the entree nicely.
March 21, 2018 - blast from the past (served this for toasts at our wedding) - this last bottle has developed nicely. salmon color, strawberry fruit, not quite yeasty enough to call it shortcake - relatively simple but pure and delicious. qpr champion.
May 20, 2017 - Similar to my previous notes, very good for the money.
May 2, 2017 - Pretty standard rose cava, still good spritz to it, strawberry, minerals, decent balance. Overall very good for the money. Should last another few years.
November 24, 2016 - very pleasant. pinpoint bubbles, nice froth, almond, melon, raspberry
April 3, 2016 - Strawberry, yeast and marshmallow. Medium bead with flavors of roasted apple, yeast and almond. Drinkable, pleasant even, if just a bit past peak and heading downhill if this bottle is representative.
March 22, 2016 - olor salmón con irisaciones rojizas y una constante burbuja fina que va formando una gran corona interior. En nariz destacan los frutillos rojos (grosellas) toques de cítricos (pomelo rojo), algo de palote y caramelo de varias frutas rojas y cítricas, ligeras sensaciones frescas de levaduras, mucha frescura gracias a unos agradables toques de hierbas del monte (tomillo y romero). En boca tiene una fresca y agradable entrada, suave recorrido con un carbónico bien expresivo, sabroso, toques cítricos y frutillos rojos, buena acidez, toques amargosos intensos que intensifican la fruta y las notas balsámicas, buena persistencia. Final largo, postgusto de frutos cítricos y retronasal de levaduras frescas.

July 25, 2015 - It's good especially for the price but not very complex and not the full mouthfeel I want from a great sparkling wine.
May 11, 2015 - a lovely alternative to the typical sparkler. Strawberry and kiwi fruit, dry and more depth and complexity than most, especially at this price point.
