February 11, 2024 - It presents a yellow-green hue. It offers aromas of green apple, a very slight yeastiness/umani note hidden in the back, and hints of stone fruits. On the palate, it boasts sharp acidity, green apple flavors, and a balanced subtle bitterness. It has a medium creamy texture and medium lasting finish. Overall, it's a good choice for everyday enjoyment.

- Green Apple, Pear, Lemon, Grapefruit, Orange Peel, Biscuits, Bread, Almond
Citrus fruits and green fruits forward, some autolytic notes but not quite yeasty or toasty, quite a dry finish. I would say this is a simple cava but very solid none the less, excellent value and great to pair with seafood and white meat. Drink now. -
