Community Tasting Notes 11

  • gr8penut Likes this wine: (89 points)

June 26, 2016 - Some initial earthiness with good berries on the nose. Medium bodied and stood up well to the fish and pork.

  • Wineio Does not like this wine: (78 points)

November 3, 2015 - Decent red wine, but did not taste like a Pinot. Too expensive for an OK red wine.

March 24, 2015 - Not bad, not great, I don't think I'd purchase this again, but did enjoy it as a weekday sipper

January 14, 2014 - The cork on this had a distinct odor of vinegar, and while not as pronounced on the wine itself, you could still detect it.

  • RonT Does not like this wine: (80 points)

September 7, 2013 - Light typical Pinot color and body. Very light nose with some fig and earthiness. Very disappointed on tasting. High acidity ruins this. Judging by other notes and ratings maybe a bad bottle??
