    January 26, 2015 - Det dufter av nøtter, mandel og kirsebær. Saftig og syrlig bitt i munnen med frisk frukt med relativt tørre tanniner, enkelte bitterstoffer i avslutningen. Typerikitg og god. Drakk greit over 3 dager. Ypperlig til bl.a lasagne.

    July 14, 2014 - Dyp blå/lilla farge. Duft av mandelmasse, kirsebær, syriner (litt brett hintes det om, men helt klart akseptabelt nivå på denne) samt noe urter. Frisk og livlig syre. Bærpreget og ung. Typeriktig dolcetto. Holder pent til dag 2. En av de få dolcettoene som tåler lagring og blir bedre! Herlig til varmt sommervær på verandaen hvor den ble holdt avkjølt. Passet meget bra til grillet svin indrefilet og fløtegratinerte poteter.

    July 15, 2013 - Lovely, soft red-fruited profile with flowers and wood spice. Racy acidity on the finish. Perfect accompaniment to the Italian dinner.

    June 1, 2013 - Smells predominantly of oak with some red fruit to me. Deep red/purple colour. Anonymous middle and a medium finish. Uncomplicated, but nice.

    May 4, 2013 - Grippy tannins and good acidity. Definitely a food wine. The nose and the palate is pretty much the same. Blueberries, cherries, herbs and stalks.

    Not as expressive as other dolcettos that I've tried but I think that it will open up with some aging.

    October 31, 2012 - Day one, this wine was tight, rustic, and unyielding, but the second night, it transformed into an elegant, floral, food-friendly dolcetto with a fine-grained texture. Give this wine time in the cellar or a long decant, and you won't be disappointed.

    October 30, 2012 - Still seemed young. Sweeter and less acidity than the Schiava I had finished before. Red raspberries meet cherries--a nice mix. Kept thinking however that there was a backbone here that might benefit from a few more years before drinking.
