February 2, 2024 - Medium garnet with a hint of ruby in the class indicative of some age. An hour after opening I get morello cherries, raspberries spice and tar. The palate is refined smooth round tannins. Fruit is prominent with spice and herbaceous element. Medium finish with some enjoyable but tart and sour tannins line the gums following some cigar box. Continued to open up and smooth out the palate and finish at the 2-3 hour mark.
