January 10, 2024 - Burgund '21 + moden vin (Centropa, Oslo, Norway): Godt moden, murstenrød farge. Lett støvete duft med tørket mørk frukt, trevirke og høstløv. Streng og litt anemisk smak, denne har nok mistet litt frukt og jeg syns syre og tannin blir dominerende. Tørket frukt på smak også, men det er fortsatt liv. Tørrer ut i ettersmaken. Veldig moro å få smake en over 50 år gammel LLC, men vanskelig å gi poeng til en vin man vet har vært mye bedre tidligere.
December 1, 2023 - Nice and smooth, lost some fruit
September 15, 2023 - Bordeaux blends Paulée with Lay & Wheeler (The George): Gorgeous, enticing, red-fruited nose. Softly textured on the palate, which felt as though it was thinning out, but retained plenty of freshness as well as having some pleasing forest floor notes. A pretty wine, but I'd drink up.

잘 익은 베리향과 캬라멜향이 화려함.
산도가 굉장히 좋고, 바디감은 적당, 탄닌감도 부드러워서 딱 좋음.
올빈이라 그런지 팔렛이 많이 여리다고 생각했는데 1시간 지나고나니 쭉 치고 올라옴.
가성비 너무 좋다.

May 21, 2023 - Cork had dropped and couldn’t reach it with the worm of the corkscrew, so pushed it through, and decanted off a medium amount of sediment.
Great colour, full flavoured, round, nose of mulberry.
February 11, 2023 - Tart; raspberry; resolved tannin; semi-tart-sweet finish.
December 13, 2021 - Christmas Claret: Not flawed per se, but too much fine sediment from transport rendering it muddy and sludgy. Shame.
October 13, 2021 - Damp basement nose; sweet velvety blackberry with sweet finish.
