May 30, 2016 - 88-89; Better than 1st bottle, nice bubbles, frothy and slightly quick mousse, pronounced under ripe green apple, a little pear and some subtle yeast, very enjoyable.

May 28, 2016 - Disgorged Sept 2012. Mature and ripe apple and pear with yeasty, toasty character, perhaps slightly more advanced than I'd hope, but with very good concentration and depth.

March 26, 2016 - I really enjoyed these boules, as did my company. fine acidity and focus with real length in the finish. Refined and generous

February 26, 2016 - Vanilla cream, pear and green apple notes in the bouquet with a nice underlying yeasty quality. Fine bead with bright acidity and flavors of orchard fruit, stone and blanched almond.
