February 13, 2013 - Blueberry and cherry on the nose with hints of oak. This is a very fruit-forward wine, that is medium-full bodied, and has mouth-coating fine grained tannin. A tart cherry finish with some earthiness, and over considerable time, revealed a trace of mint. This is decently balanced, but could use some time for the tannin to mellow out.
