September 12, 2015 - Dark purple. Really dark. Lovely Cabernet Sauvingnon profile with dark berries, cherry, some chocolate and vanilla. Soft tannins, balanced acidity and long finish. Can't envision it getting any better than it is right now. Enjoyed very much.

December 25, 2014 - Black currant, cherry and herbs. Well balanced . Enjoyed with salami platter , few ribs then jumped to roasted lamb.

March 1, 2014 - At first sip, you're hit with lots and lots of blackcurrant and red berries (lingonberries?) and sweet vanilla, which is balanced up nicely by aromatic wood (cedar), good acidity and decent tannins.
Drinks nicely now, unsure if will improve much with age but should last for some time to come. -

January 18, 2013 - Dark red colour. Lovely warm fruit notes that follow on to a silky smooth palate. A hint of oak integrated with the fruit and a touch of acidity to lend balance. Great food wine for example with a beef casserole or a hearty meat dish.
