May 18, 2023 - A bit shocked to report that this could use a bit more time in the cellar. Great fruit in no danger of drying out, but acidity and tannins are prevalent enough that I’d hold. Of course, as Hardy Wallace put it: “…how ripe do you like your banana?”

March 9, 2023 - Black and red cherry with moderate weight, still wonderfully fresh with no shortage of structure, yet very good balance. Good now, easily holding for 5+ more years.

February 25, 2021 - I didn't take any detailed notes, but this showed very nicely.

October 20, 2017 - Summer Makes a Comeback (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light medium red color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over 90 minutes. Drank this next to a '10 Temperance Hill. Earth, briar, vanilla, red fruits on the nose. The palate has red fruits, dark red berries, wood, with more prominent tannins. Side by side, the FH comes off more sullen and deeper with firmer tannins and less overall brightness, which is more a reflection of how good the TH than anything else.
