August 5, 2021 - Awesome wine and perfectly aged. Went excellent with Bob's Chili.
May 5, 2017 - So very good with the ribs. Maybe the wine of the weekend.
March 26, 2017 - Why does the last bottle taste this good. Each of the 3 bottles were good, but the last one was everything that you could ask for.
June 12, 2016 - YES--older is better. It's amazing how if you keep wine just a year or two longer, how much better it gets. Today's bottle has absolutely matured over the last couple of years. Full of fruit, color and taste. Went down smooth, and still lingered at the back of the throat.
April 22, 2015 - Fruit and spice hit the palate early, jammy, then softens with the finish. Probably drinking at its peak now. Had with grilled salmon burgers. Would go well with a teriyaki dish. Finished the bottle on day #2 and held its own.
February 14, 2015 - Better than 90 agreed to by me and my taster. Full of fruit, color, nose and it ended up yummy in the tummy. Everything that you want from a bottle.
