October 18, 2023 - Light ruby with watery rim. Herbal aromas. Light weight, tart cherry, light green notes, mineral core, and excellent acidity. Dry, tannic finish. Very good now.

December 29, 2021 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color unevolved. Nose has tobacco bell pepper and cherry. Swishing shows more acid than tannin structure. Sipping shows a fruit density that surprises me including dense fruit and pleasant finish. Was amazing with ribeye and shishitos. Good now but will age longer no prob

May 13, 2021 - Impressively deep ruby core with little fading. Olives and pungent herbs greet you. Light to medium weight but great impact due to salinity, excellent acidity, and minerality. Lovely, floral dark red fruit surrounds all of this structure. After several disappointing bottles, this one lived up to the promise it showed early on. The ripeness of this vintage really allowed the Bretons to make something special this year.

March 14, 2021 - Drinking really nicely at this stage. I was concerned if it would last this long. But the colour is a dull purple/red with vague browning. Aromas still showing red berries, and an herbal/greenness. Pleasant but kind of underwhelming in intensity.
Flavours showing a nice tanginess to open with red berries. The greenness/dill follows to the finish. Very pleasant. Mouthfeel also brings in almost a creaminess/chalky feel.
Well balanced. Dusty vague tannins, slight drying of the gums. Well done.

November 16, 2020 - Sadly, our last bottle. Consistent with previous notes only better: much more accessible, round, and supple. Likely in a peak window but still good years ahead. Opened up in the decanter after about an hour of air. Drink 2020-2026. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.
