January 4, 2014 - Rich and full-bodied with blueberry-dominant flavors with lots of toasty oak. Oak subsided a bit with air but way overdone for my palate. I can see people really enjoying this wine, but it doesn't suit my palate very well.

December 26, 2013 - Great QPR wine. Dark in the glass. Good fruit and pretty balanced. Great pizza wine or for opening for the heck of it.

October 26, 2013 - Dark purple color. This exudes aromas of blueberries, road tar, toast and alcohol. This is ripe and seemed strong. I had a hard time getting past the ripeness, but detected black currant jam and spice. 86, which is a good score per the scale.
