May 11, 2015 - Wow. Such a delicious wine. All the notes have people tasting in 2008 and 2010. Try tasting it now in 2015. It is so amazing. I wish I could share it with you all but know if you find one, you will be amazed. So smooth and has a lot of fruit. Well balanced and not high alcohol. This is my style 100%

May 15, 2010 - The fruit is definitely slipping away from this wine. It's interesting to have tried it in 2008 where it was more put together than now, I enjoyed the 2008 version a little better. There was a subtle petrol funkiness with this wine that got better with air time but never completely went away. Besides that, this wine has great balance, not a huge wine, but balanced. If you can call a wine pretty, this would be a pretty wine.

January 28, 2010 - Drinking super right now. Lots of blue fruit softened around a peaty core. Good finish with notes of candle wax and fireplace ash. It's tempting to save this artist series bottle unopened, but resist. What's inside is even better than what's on the outside.

November 21, 2008 - Dark chocolate and tart berry fragrances. Wine fills the palate with a wonderful mix of red and black fruits, vanilla, allspice, pepper and cocoa. Has an elegant richness and depth of flavor with a finish that evolves for 20sec. This wine is built to age, try again in 2010 - can we get more?

June 22, 2008 - Decanted for appx one hour ... wine opened up while drinking. This wine is very well balanced and structured, with cherry and blueberry on the nose, with hints of blackberry as well during sipping. On the palate, the wine was silky and smooth.

We served it with a white Chinook salmon, baked w/olive oil on a bed of kosher salt, roasted peppers and zucchini marinated in garlic, wine vinegar and olive oil, and a classic ceasar salad. The wine complimented the food quite well, and stood well on it's own. A feast!
