March 23, 2016 - Similar previous notes with the exception of a bitter twinge of unintegrated oak on the finish. Great with cheeses and salumi.

January 15, 2016 - Soft and delicious with leftover smoked salmon pasta.

December 18, 2015 - Initially didn't care for it. Almost thought it had turned. Left in fridge overnight. 24 hours later, it's really developed complexity. This is an ager.

November 9, 2015 - More than a year since having the last bottle. This wine has taken on a slightly darker (tannish) appearance and developed brown sugar notes--most likely from the oak used. Very nice IMHO. Still lots of acidity that will sustain it for a few more years.

October 22, 2015 - Beautiful citrus, mixed with a bit of orange rind, lemon, leather, and hints of mushrooms. Able to stand up to quite acidic foods for a substantial amount of time. Lovely wine. Quite enjoyable. Great QPR!
