January 2, 2014 - Nice solid sparkler. Dry, crisp, with nice pear and citrus notes

December 22, 2013 - Very pale lemony color with small, moderate bubbles. Dry, light and easy to drink. We had it with mild, tasty soft cheeses (hostess didn't remember names), but my sense is that it would pair well with many foods. Refreshing minerality, smooth. This is not one of the toasty, creamy sparklers Donna prefers, but it remains one of our favorites.

June 7, 2013 - Very effervescent and fine mousse. Almost a rose profile (although almost clear in color) with raspberry and ginger notes with a touch of spice.

December 9, 2012 - A very good traditional effort for a California sparkler. A lively palate with good acidity, fresh apple and a little yeast. A bit simple, but nice.

December 8, 2012 - Holiday Party (Gail and Steph's, Mpls, MN): Pale gold color. Drank 1 glass. Very pure green apple notes on the nose, perhaps some kumquat, hints of white blossums, very tiny bubbles. The palate is light, lively, apple, peach, floral, good acids. Well made and very enjoyable.
