June 16, 2017 - Decanted for an hour. Nose was typical cabernet with floral notes, coffee, dark fruit. Earth, cherry, tobacco and chocolate on the palate. Robust mouthfeel, full bodied, engulfing the taste buds. Medium length finish with some tannic structure but all elements were fully integrated. Ready to drink but will keep for a couple more years. Enjoyable.

January 3, 2015 - Black cherry, blackberry, and chocolate aromas. Juicy, smooth, red-toned fruit flavors. Good structure, fine tannins, and nice finish. It's very good but seems like this has the potential to be so much more. Maybe I'm nitpicking.
August 16, 2014 - A nose of dark fruits and spices, dark garnet in color. A medium to full bodied red, with blackberry, currants, chocolate and spices on long finish. A very good and easy drinking wine. www.winelx.com
July 19, 2014 - Good wine that has mild tannins but isn't overly smooth nor memorable. Thought it was mediocre on its own with decent fruit (blackberry) up front, but became better and fit in the next day with steak. Not as good as previous vintages of this wine from WLW. Pretty good for the price.
March 23, 2014 - From a Tasting Room 50ml. Nose: Medium expressiveness, black raspberry, black current, cassis, and leather. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy dark red and black fruit attack, tails off just a bit thru the mid-palate but comes back nicely in the back-end, tobacco and leather notes join the up front spicy fruit. Finish: Medium length sense of tobacco and spicy fruit.
