April 16, 2017 - User-friendly and a decent sparkling sipper for brunch, especially given the QPR. Nothing overly identifiable about its profile that leaps out at you and grabs your attention, but that's ok. It's got bubbles. It's got yellow citrus. It's got a finish that doesn't make you feel like you're sucking on chalk or a 9V battery. Good enough for me at <$20.

    April 14, 2017 - A wonderful sparkler, a great sipper for events.

April 6, 2017 - From a 375. Lemon-yellow color, intense beads; nose is moderately aromatic, slight yeast, pear; palate is medium bodied, intense effervescence, nice yeastiness, medium acid, midpalate loses some of its fruit and is a bit hollow and slightly bitter; finish is short. Entry level, nice for the price but forgettable. 83-85

February 23, 2017 - Small Plates and Mix of Aged Wines (Craig & Nita's Place): I only had a small pour of this, but as always I am impressed by the consistency and quality at the price point. Not quite as sophisticated maybe as the Arthur Marc GC before it, but certainly not far behind and holding its own. A rock solid QPR.

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley) A very pretty aroma profile speckled with oak spices and lemon curd. The palate is lighter in style, fruit filled with abundant barrel spices.

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling Wine Anderson Valley) From the moment you pop the cork, you can smell this aromatic sparker which is woven with fresh baked bread notes, yeast, pear, and spices. The oak ageing here provides the palate with a bit of extra richness and depth leading to a lingering finish. An outstanding sparkling wine at this price.
