September 17, 2014 - Smells like apple and sweet dough; appetizing. On the palate, fresh clean lemon, kiwi, and golden apple flavors, and a savory hint of yeast. Great balance between fresh acidity and the barest hint of sweetness, finishing completely dry. A dash of salinity. Good standby bubbly, easy to find, quite tasty, good value.

September 6, 2014 - When a bottle of Roederer Estate comes out at a house party, things get much better. For all occasions, this is one of my favorite Bruts for the price, period. Complex, crowd pleasing, fun, fresh, yummy.

August 3, 2014 - Solid bubbly, not overly complex or particularly fragrant. Nice mouthfeel, medium bead and a clean refreshing finish.

July 27, 2014 - Crystal Symphony AI wine list - brief impressions (Norway): Citrus, green apple, and the slightest hint of yeastiness. Reasonable complexity and depth for an entry sparkler; reasonable (medium) acidity, but not enough to provide lift through the finish. Good, and quite good for the price.

July 19, 2014 - Fantastic. Enjoyed on Christmas morning (an annual tradition). Just getting around to entering.

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling Wine Anderson Valley) From the moment you pop the cork, you can smell this aromatic sparker which is woven with fresh baked bread notes, yeast, pear, and spices. The oak ageing here provides the palate with a bit of extra richness and depth leading to a lingering finish. An outstanding sparkling wine at this price.
