September 25, 2016 - Very light gold color. I'm somewhat dismayed that I haven't had this for over a year. I must be slipping. This bottle was very bright showing crisp pear, fresh and focused, always well done. Note to self - go get some of these again.

September 4, 2016 - Pretty nice-a little sweet but still v.good. Nutty note. Drinking in God's Country ROK!??

August 23, 2016 - Compliments of JetBlue. Served cold and fresh at 35k feet; mad props. Fine bead, barely sweet, crisp. Green apple, ginger, lemon, plain toast. Pretty finish that hangs on for the better part of a minute. Always a great sparkler at any altitude.

August 18, 2016 - Not as bubbly and vibrant as I expected but a more complex nose than I thought it would have. Tasted much more of chardonnay than pinot. Improved with time in the glass much to my surprise.

August 3, 2016 - P/well chilled. Very light, almost clear. Weak bubble stream. Nice, fresh, fruity taste. Clean, mod intensity, slightly tart, good finish. Excellent value. Nothing off. $20

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Anderson Valley) A very pretty aroma profile speckled with oak spices and lemon curd. The palate is lighter in style, fruit filled with abundant barrel spices.

(NV Roederer Estate Brut Sparkling Wine Anderson Valley) From the moment you pop the cork, you can smell this aromatic sparker which is woven with fresh baked bread notes, yeast, pear, and spices. The oak ageing here provides the palate with a bit of extra richness and depth leading to a lingering finish. An outstanding sparkling wine at this price.
