June 28, 2013 - Nice grapefruit notes, a bit acidic

April 29, 2013 - similar to past comment, wife likes, not my type of wine. Acidic, but nothing to balance out

December 19, 2012 - Consumed over 3 nights with some fresh Pacific oysters, best on the first night. Grapefruit and grass with great character and a nice acidic spine that lingers on the palette. Day 1 it had a nice zing on the front end that faded by day 2, but the spine is still present on day 3. A really interesting bottle that I would buy again.

November 22, 2012 - Drank this one while preparing Thanksgiving stuffing. This wine was popped and poured. Poured a VERY LIGHT yellow with a green tinge. Nose is sharp, a little washed out. The palate is green, young young sour apple, with some tartness right up front. The wine is quite crisp in the middle, where a grapefruit and kiwi showed up, and abruptly finished without any real aftertaste. Not very complex, but I wasn't really expecting it either. This is a good wine to drink out in the 100 degree heat, and probably should have been enjoyed a little earlier in the year. I give it an 88 instead of an 86 because the QPR is quite good on this bottle, and it did serve the purpose for which it was utilized! Drink now.

June 27, 2012 - Nice wine, a little sweet for my taste, but crisp light fruit forward taste. Enjoyed in the sunshine

(Efeste Feral Sauvignon Blanc Evergreen Vineyard Columbia Valley) An aromatically intriguing wine chock full of mineral aromas and lime. The palate pops with white grapefruit flavors, a briny feel, and bright acidity. An intensely flavorful wine with a long, drawn out finish.
