June 28, 2012 - Light yellow with a few legs. Grassy nose with a touch of oak but lots of buttery oak on the palate. Used it in the glaze for Rosemary Chicken with a Orange-Maple Glaze and, even though it was in the glaze, I noticed it went really well with the rosemary. Q88/D86
