    January 19, 2013 - Love Richard's notes (as always!). I don't have much to add aside from that this made a great foil to a lighter styled cheese pizza but I coule see it really shining with almost any salad dressed in a vinegarette or oil based dressing. Cloudy in the glass and a fair amount of sediment indicate that this is most likely unfiltered and unfined (which I love). Screwcap; 12.9% abv.
