November 11, 2016 - Un pinot noir de bonne qualité d'Anderson Valley.
Un nez relativement discret.
Une bouche vraiment plus épicée avec du poivre long et des épices douces .
Un très beau fruit encore bien croquant.
Il peut être bon encore un bon 3-5 ans sans tracas.

La bouche est assez charnue, ça ne manque pas de concentration mais la finale est capiteuse et très poivrée. On voit la volonté de faire un vin transparent et élégant à la bourguignonne mais l'origine prend le dessus. Une belle initiation à la région. 88-91?

November 6, 2016 - Opened 1 hour before pouring with dinner. Not a lot of nose, but rewarded with bright fruit, a bit of honey and long finish. Drinking beautifully right now.

Il a un nez un peu plus discret mais en bouche c'est tellement soyeux et une belle longueur.
À boire dans 3-5 ans.
