December 11, 2019 - PnP drank great. Nice wine.
June 30, 2019 - Excellent! decanted for 1 hour and improved over the next 2 hours. Easy on the palate with hints of cherry and vanilla. This wine is what you would expect from a quality Napa cab that has been cellared for several years (I bought mine directly from the winery). Smooth 30-45 second finish.
June 17, 2018 - Drinking perfectly right now - even more evolved and integrated than a few years back. Benefited from 1 hr decant.
June 28, 2016 - Very good. Big fruit forward wine. Great flavors and big powerful aromas.
August 6, 2014 - Black fruit, cassis, tobacco, vanilla on the entry...only decanted for 30 minutes...I'm buying more!
May 30, 2014 - Beautiful nose of dusty sage and huge dark fruits. On taste the dark fruits remain added to by a hint of mint. Well integrated and not hot at all even given the high alcohol content. Held up well to black pepper. Very nice but not multilayered.
April 6, 2014 - An excellent example of Napa Cab. Deep and rich without being overdone. Cassis, blackberry and licorice on the palate and nose with an outstanding, long finish complemented by some dusty tannins.
February 22, 2014 - - Brick color.
January 19, 2014 - This is a wonderful Napa Cab. Dark purple-red in color, wonderful bouquet. Black cherry, hint of smoke and wood. Smooth finish that lingers on the palette. Decanted through an aerator before sampling; this will really complement the grilled filets for dinner.
