January 10, 2024 - from magnum - lots of petrol and polyurethane on the nose, along with some white flowers. Lightly sweet on the palate.

August 4, 2023 - More restrained than the last bottle. Edgy, mineral, white fruits and restrained sweetness. Chewy texture.

April 17, 2023 - Pure Riesling exuberance on the nose with notes of yellow apple, dried peach, loads of minerality, pineapple, honey, lime, crystallised ginger and kerosene. It is concentrated and intense with so much tart acidity, balanced beautifully with the residual sugar. It is a pleasure to drink. The freshness and flavour lingers forever on the finish.

March 9, 2023 - Coravin fun - European Riesling (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Sweet, slightly ripe apple, touch of quince, spice, mineral notes, smidge of sulphur. Juicy, fleshy, crunchy ripe apple, a little mineral textured, simple but travels long. Nice with, again, very good sugar/acid balance

November 25, 2022 - Pop n pour. Now 4h after opening. Mild aromas of mild petrol, apples, ripe pineapples, lovely minerals, herbs. Palate w fantastic just ripe apples, just ripe pineapples, lovely minerals, herbs, some petrol. Medium body w excellent acids and minerals that give an almost effervescent mouthfeel. Excellent concentration. Still young but so much material. Drinking really well now but clearly plenty of upside with more complexity to come. 93+

October 25, 2022 - A perfectly acceptable Prum, never a bad thing, but for relatively early drinking.

September 6, 2022 - Primrose colour; classic slate, muffled tropical notes & spearmint; palate diffuse, off-putting dank edge, linctus; not a thoroughbred. Best served cold & drunk sooner rather than later.

January 28, 2022 - Elegantly excellent! Lots of aromatic peaches, slate, savory sea salt and ripe green apples. Some tropical fruits, papaya, tangerine and honey on the palate with just enough acidity for balance. Refreshing slate, smoke and spices on the clean finish. Only concern is will the acidity keep in balance with the unctuous fruit. Lovely!!
