October 5, 2012 - 13.5% - Clear, light gold / clean, med intensity - citrus (meyer lemon), nutty , caramelized almonds as it gets closer to room temperature / dry, high tart & lively acidity, med body, med+ intensity, med to long length. Very well balanced, creamy and buttery texture with lingering finish. 88-89+
I have tasted this one last summer at The Painted Lady in Newberg, OR where Cyril Audoin presented a few of his family Domaine and this Marsannay is even better than what I remembered...
