July 19, 2018 - I bought a few bottles of this from the oppressive Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) for the reasonable price of $13. The first bottle was good, the second was better, and this one? Straight up baller. In a Goldilocks-type paradigm, this last bottle from the new-ish Southern Burgundy appellation knocks it out of the park. golden color, honeyed nose of peach and pineapple, this is closer to a Chenin from Vouvray than a Chard form the Côte-d’Or. What to make of it? Incredible. thedrunkencyclist.com

February 23, 2018 - My wife said "Chardonnay" and then added "but not oaky." So I had my marching orders. I was also planning on staying up to watch at least part of the Curling Gold Medal match in Korea. Why is that important? I am not sure, but I woke in the third end with the Americans tied and my wife long since asleep. I ventured to the fridge and grabbed the half full/empty bottle to write this note. Certainly darker than I anticipated, with a honeyed peach nose--not what I expected. On the palate, this is not what I expected either: rich, full, round, this is a lot closer to a Chenin from Vouvray than a Chard from Viré. Wow. thedrunkencyclist.com

March 6, 2015 - I picked these up from WTSO for what seemed to be a good deal, so I bought 4 of them. That was over a year ago, but this was the first I've tried. I poured out the golden colored wine and was a bit worried. On the nose, though, it was impressive with some floral aspects (honeysuckle?), lemon peel, and a bit of peach. On the palate, great acidity and a fantastic finish. This is really nice. thedrunkencyclist.com

July 2, 2014 - - Yellow color - Crisp futile flavor, not sweet but light.
