May 28, 2014 - Fresh, flavoury wine from the Godello grape, mineral taste with beautiful acid balance & long on the palate. A very well made wine & a change from the mainstream grape varieties.

February 10, 2014 - First try of Godello and not overly impressed. Lots of pear on both the nose and palate which was very singular and finished with a dry chalkiness. Some similarities with Pinot Gris without the power.

February 2, 2014 - This is quite good stuff: pear and melon on the nose, adding lemon and chalk on the palate, with good acidity but the chalk making a distinct impression of difference. Paired with smoked haddock chowder.

November 20, 2013 - Nearly clear with a just a hint of star bright yellow. Zero viscosity. Nose of overripe pears and chalky apple. Medium minus acid. Palate similar to the nose with very little complexity or depth. Lacking. Would not buy again.
