May 18, 2014 - Perfect right now. Mild, creamy but not buttery. Short legs but perfect for butter/cream based pasta dishes. I did not like it the first time I tried it a few years ago but it is as good as it gets for an inexpensive pinot Grigio right now.
December 3, 2013 - Very acidic & light. Nice!
October 3, 2013 - Basic Pinot grigio. Fairly smooth with some apple and tropical notes. Not overly sweet.
September 27, 2013 - Fleming Tasting. Light wet stone nose with hints of citrus salad, more of the same on the palate, light body and light finish.
July 2, 2013 - Delicate, golden straw. Crisp, stony notes of jack fruit, lemon, citrus blossom, and pears. Attractive on attack but the hot finish lingers and detracts from the positive elements in the wine.
June 12, 2013 - Nice food wine. Crisp, went with a lemon fish dish tonight very well.
March 2, 2013 - Very nice, creamy, full flavor. A lot more body than you expect for most Pinot Grigios. Great buy!
February 15, 2013 - Surprisingly tasty. Golden color, creamy mouthfeel, sweet apples, light finish. Would buy again.
December 18, 2012 - Not a huge fan of the varietal, especially bland Italian versions, but this is really good. Pale straw yellow color. Light citrus scents with elder blossom notes. Crisp, floral, stone fruit flavors with a perfect balance of fruit, sugar, and acidity. A tad heavy on the oak but it does add an interesting yeastiness to an already good wine. Well made.
