February 14, 2016 - A non vintage wine that I've had for two years. Bright red raspberry and yeasty toast. Great match for smoked salmon.

July 31, 2015 - Fresh and crisp. Nice balanced fruit and acidity. Peach, cherry, with a touch of lemon curd. Excellent with food.

December 23, 2014 - 1st time trying this, disgorged Nov 2013. Dark salmon, slight brownish/copper color, refreshing, decent amount of intensity, and ends with a slight bitterness finish, which was interesting. IMHO, intensity is similar to neighboring Roederer Estate Rose (although cellaring time from disgorged date would make a lot of differences). I still prefer Roederer Estate, but would drink this again.
September 17, 2014 - Stephanie Sprout's wedding gift.

(NV Scharffenberger Brut Rose Excellence Mendocino County) A moderately aromatic wine with strawberry, cream, and spice. It’s tart and fresh with lemony acidity. Recommended
