November 29, 2015 - Expressive bouquet of barnyard, manure, rancio red fruit. Drying out a bit but still powerful, quite intense flavours. I think this was stored in less than ideal conditions--- it's certainly more advanced than I expected. In my cellar, they age better. Nevertheless a very fine drink, powerful and brooding.

March 31, 2014 - Nice bright cherry colour and nose, soft, round, gently ripe. Lightweight and not very complex, but for a 15 year old beaujolais, very pleasant and ageing very well. And great value compared to any 99 from the Cote d'Or!
