October 15, 2012 - Smoothed out just a bit from the first bottle. Medium to light body for a merlot with dark fruit but loads of vibrant red cherry. Very easy drinking and any tannins are soft

September 2, 2012 - Drinking very well for a young Merlot. Tannins are young but not too harsh. Dark berries but lots of vibrant red cherry on the palate. Opens up and gets richer and chewier but for a Merlot more medium bodied.
